  Bring the item and your proof of purchase to any Gene Juarez Salon or Spa location to speak with our guest service team for an immediate exchange or credit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once processed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment; please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
